Digital Works
As much as I love and prefer doing things by hand, I also studied Visual Effects and Motion Graphics for the love of movies!

Many techniques were learnt in school but at most I can only specialize in three skills

1) Rotoscoping
2) Illustrations
3) Poster Making

I'm still brushing up on my other two loves which is 2D animations and graphic design. Stay tuned for that!

1) Rotoscoping
In the visual effects life, rotoscoping is one of the techniques used manually by creating a matte for an element on a live-action footage so it may be transferred onto another background. That’s where the fun begins as I brought characters to live in our illustrations alongside with a touch of bold colors in this project!
For this project that I directed, I was in charge of the rotoscoping animations and as well as the illustrations for this video while my partner, Hamzah (Yes this was a pair project) handled the technical aspects in terms of enhancing this video with textures and as well as the color scheme.
Here's the breakdown of the project! Video edited by my partner, Hamzah!
2) Illustrations
I grew up loving to draw the random-est things in my mind, here's some still frames that I animated for my broadcast design project where I animated an ident for Adult Swim (My god Adult Swim please adopt me!!!!!!!!!!)

Here's some still images from my attempt to do my favorite Marvel series, Jessica Jones opening scene in 2D

Moving on, some still images from my PSA for World Wildlife Conservation (WWF)

Some try-outs from Cinema 4D, Sketch and Toon renders

and of course, a poster for Star Wars

3) Poster Making
During my school life, I volunteered in a lovely youth club in one of my local mosques in Singapore as a member of the publicity team. Check out the posters I designed! All made with Adobe Photoshop
